Dr. León Gonzalo Mora Herrera graduated as an Orthopedist and Traumatologist from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Medellín in 1992. He holds a subspecialty in bone lengthening and infection management. He is a professor of undergraduate and postgraduate orthopedics at the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana and Universidad CES. Dr. Mora is the founder of CORA GROUP, a center of excellence in orthopedic, reconstructive, and limb lengthening surgery, and the director of the Fellowship in Reconstructive Surgery at CORA Group. He is also a member of several scientific societies.
